At Nina P’itay Canada we will gladly accept the return of your garment if you so wish, no later than 14 days from the date of receipt. Items must be returned new and unworn. The return amount can only be transferred to the account where the item was purchased.

About returns from the website
Returns that are damaged, dirty or altered will not be accepted; in that case, they will be sent back to the user, assuming the corresponding cost.
As soon as we have received and accepted the return, the corresponding amount will be credited to the credit card used to purchase the item(s), excluding taxes or duties incurred. Original shipping costs will not be refunded. Keep in mind that the refund may take up to 10 business days to appear in your account.
When returning an item, the customer is fully responsible for the products being securely wrapped to avoid damage while in transit. Full responsibility for the product is the customer until the product has been safely delivered to Nina P'itay Canada. Nina P'itay Canada do not accept liable for items lost in shipment, so we recommend keeping a receipt with the tracking number as proof that the package was shipped.
How long does the refund process take?
All payments received from you, including shipping costs, will be refunded within a period of no more than 14 days from the date Nina P'itay Canada have received notification of your request for refund.
We will make the refund through the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction.
